Our New Summer Office Hours Policy

Each Monday to Thursday, we will be extending our New Zealand office hours to 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM NZST, allowing us to condense the work week and grant our hardworking team the gift of longer weekends. Fridays will now see our doors closing at 12 PM, giving everyone the chance to kickstart their well-deserved break earlier.

We will still be working to a 40 hour work week, but have shifted the timings to grant a longer weekend while the weather is great. The summer hours will be in effect between the 1st of December until Easter Monday.

Our new summer hours aim to enhance work-life balance, boost morale, and ensure that our dedicated staff can enjoy more quality time outdoors or with family and friends. We believe that a happy and healthy team leads to increased productivity during our working hours and this policy aligns with our commitment to maintaining a positive and thriving work environment.

There are many organisations around the world who have reported benefits to implementing a four-day working week policy, and we believe our summer hours policy will help to bring in most of these benefits whilst allowing us to be contactable and effective on our Friday mornings.

Even with these new hours, we're sticking to our commitment of delivering world-class quality, highly bespoke and perfomant web projects. The workweek may have shifted, but our dedication to excellence remains constant.
